This Splendid Sorting Hat Cake was made by Highland Bakery. This Harry Potter Cake features the Sorting Hat, the Hogwarts Express, and Harry Potter’s wand. I like the way The Hogwarts Express is painted onto the cake and the light of the train contains the Happy birthday greeting. This cake combines excellent sculpting and hand-painting.
