This terrific Leonardo Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Cake was is a carved chocolate mud cake for the shell and torso. The legs are chocolate butter cake. The head and arms are chocolate Rice Krispies Treats. The entire stucture is covered in chocolate ganache and fondant. The bandana over the shoulder has cellogen (gel) powder added to strengthen it. The non-edible parts (katana, holster (on back) and shuriken) are plastic from a non-Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle kids play set. This cake was made by Evoir of Australia.
