This wonder Christmas Cake brings back found memories for me. When I was little, we had an oversized edition of Clement Moore’s The Night Before Christmas. Each year, during Christmas season, we’d read it three or four times. To this day, that poem brings a smile to my face. This wonderful cake was created by Frostys Ice Cream Club & Coffee Bar in New York.
