This Wonderful Mad Hatter Cake was made by Sugarfix in Johannesburg, South Africa. Trudi did a great job crafting this cake. This cake looks just like the Mad Hatter’s Hat even down to the stitching in the hat. The tea cup on top with the mouse inside is a nice touch. The tea cup is incredible. It looks like a china tea cup. This Tim Burton Alice in Wonderland Cake was made using a chocolate cappuccino cake iced with mocha buttercream and covered In fondant. Decorations were made using chocolate, gumpaste, and royal icing.
