This terrific Popeye 27th Birthday Cake was made by El Pankesito. This is a single tier cake with fondant waves on it. Above the waves are two life savers connected by rope. The number 27 and the name Jorge are in the top front. The top of the cake looks like a wooden ship deck. The topper is a can of spinach with Popeye sitting on it.
This Popeye cake topper is absolutely wonderful. It brings back memories of watching Popeye cartoons as a kid.
