This Splendid Avatar Cake was made by Cake Central Member Verina.  Neytiri was carved using a chocolate cake covered in fondant.  The hair was made using chocolate gum paste rolled through the spaghetti attachment of a pasta machine.  All decorations are edible.

These terrific Avatar Cakes were made by Benja in the Czech Republic. My favorite part of this Princess Neytiri’s cake is her hair.  The detail on her hair, which was made from Marzipan, is amazing.

Benja also did an amazing job of turning Jake Sully into a cake.  The sculpting on Jake’s face is terrific.
