This Sculpted Orville Rescuers Cake features a fondant Bernard and Miss Bianca riding him and a fondant Evinrude flying on top of a fondant cloud. The birthday name is written in yellow letters on the cake. Also I really the detail of the mice and Orville’s eyes, beak, and tail feathers.
This stunning Rescuers Cake was made by Little Cherry Cake Company. Tracey has made so many beautiful and cute cakes, but this one is one of my favorites. She did an amazing job with Orville, Bernard, Miss Bianca, and Evinrude (my favorite character in the movie).
The detail on Orville the Albatross is amazing. He is a sculpted cake with fondant details. Also the cake board is painted shades of blue to look like he is flying through the sky.
The figures of Miss Bianca and Bernard are terrific. Bernard even looks terrified about flying on Albatross Air Service. I love the fondant sardine can in which they are riding.
In addition I like how Evinrude looks like he is flying above the cloud. The fondant cloud is white and shaded in blue. His wings look like they were made using wafer paper.
