This Marvelous Sesame Street Cookie Platter was made by Patty’s Cookies. These cookies feature Cookie Monster, Elmo, and Oscar the Grouch. I like the way all the cookies are arranged in a circle with the middle layer cookies spelling out Happy Birthday, and an Elmo cookie in the center holding a 3 for the Birthday age.
