This wonderful Cookie Monster Birthday Cake was made by Inspired Cakes – by Amy.  Cookie monster was made from chocolate mud cake. There are two things about this cake which I absolutely adore.  First, Cookie Monster is full body and standing up.  Usually Cookie Monster cakes are just his head or upper body.  Making a
