This cake is based on a dress from designer Sabyasachi.
This Wedding cake in covered in green fondant, decorated with gold hand-painted royal icing embroidery motifs of the dress.   A bouquet of marigolds flowers is on the top of the cake.

Magnificent Bangladesh – An International Cake Art Collaboration is hosted by Tasnuta Alam. Many artists from around the world created wonderful cake and cookie works of art to celebrate 50 years of Bangladesh.

Dr. RB Sudha cake

This superb cake was made by Dr. RB Sudha .

Dr RB Sudha is a cake & pastry artist and trainer From India.  The baker loves making sugar dolls and 3d sculpting figures. 
This cake features lotus in a pond. 
The lotus flower is regarded in many different cultures as a symbol of purity, enlightenment, self-regeneration and rebirth. Its characteristics are a perfect analogy for the human condition: even when its roots are in the dirtiest waters, the Lotus produces the most beautiful flower.
To start, the lotus has a life cycle unlike any other plant. With its roots latched in mud, it submerges every night into river water and miraculously re-blooms the next morning, sparklingly clean.

This cake was inspired by a Bangladeshi woman and bride who enjoys cooking, and has a great love for literature, music and dance.

 

Dilek Dagli cake

This superb cake was made by Dilek Dagli .

This cake is based on Bangla new year festive food.

 

Deepa Gaikwad cake

This marvelous cake was made by Deepa Gaikwad.

The inspiration for this cake is the Rooster (or Cockerels).  This bird is very common in Bangladesh. The vibrant colors of the Rooster’s feathers is meant to capture the freshness of morning sun. 

Carmen Soriano cake

This superb cake was made by Carmen Soriano.

This cake was inspired by beautiful dancers with colorful costumes in the framework of a majestic temple.

Arzu Altan cake

This splendid cake was made by Arzu Altan . This cake is inspired by a scene of Edmund’s eating Turkish delight in The Chronicles of Narnia and by beautiful and elegant women of Bangladesh.
