The Mad Hatter is probably the most memorable character in Alice and Wonderland and also one of my favorites. Very few things do him justice, but I think this cake succeeds well at it. The expression on his face makes it look like he was paused in the middle of singing,”The Unbirthday Song.” Be sure to notice the “Drink Me” bottle and “Eat Me” Cookie. This Mad Hatter Cake was made by Cake Central Member Cake Diosa. It won 1st Place in the 2010 Cake Central Alice in Wonderland Cake Contest.
