My daughter and I made this Medieval Castle Cake for the Georgia Odyssey of the Mind competition. The Cake won first place. The Castle Cake was made from a Buttermilk pound cake covered in fondant and air-brushed. The Dragon was made from modeling chocolate and hand-painted with aqua-green luster dust. Here is the Peachy Odyssey of the Mind cake we made last year. It also won first place.
