Just to let u no rebbeca ann cakes of staffordshire on face book is using this picture as her own work .. I am a cake make and find this very frustrating
I’ve looked at the two cakes mentioned and they look identical, but I don’t know the story behind the original cake or the contest being held by Rebecca Ann Cakes. My strong advice is that the owner of Stephanie’s Cakes contact the owner of Rebecca Ann Cakes and discuss the matter. If that doesn’t resolve the issue to both sides satisfaction, I recommend that the bakers ask how to handle this on Cake Central or CakesDecor Forums.
Unfortunately, questions about the ownership of cakes are common in the cake decorating community. I have faced these questions myself. I once had a baker claiming that she had made Star Wars cake pops that I created. She used my exact pictures and said that she had created them.
