This stunning Frozen Cake was made by Custom Cake Designs. The figures of Elsa and Olaf are terrific. I love Elsa’s castle.
The cake represents huge dark gray mountains covered in snow. Elsa’s blue ice castle is in the side of the mountain. The cake board is white to represent snow.
The cake is approximately 55 cm tall. The castle is made from Rice Krispies Treats and modeling chocolate. The mountain and base is chocolate mud cake.
If you look closely you can see the snowflake rising from Elsa’s hand. You can’t tell size from the photo, but Elsa is about 20 cm tall. She was hand made from from a combination of fondant and modeling chocolate.
