This Superb Disney Frozen Cake was made by Way Beyond Cakes by Mayen. This three tiered cake is blue. The edible portrait of Snow Queen Elsa spans all three layers of the cake. She is surrounded by beautiful snowflakes.
Queen Elsa has white hair that is braided and hanging down in front of her. Her is wearing her ice dress that is sparkly blue. Her cape is white and covered in snowflakes. Her face and shoulders are hand-painted onto the cake using petal dust and gel colors. Her dress and hair are gum paste. The cake layers are aligned to the front to make a somewhat smooth canvas for Elsa.
The white intricately designed snowflakes are attached above the cake and to each layer of the cake using thin acrylic rods. The snowflakes were made by Cake Lace.
