This Splendid Queen Elsa Ice Castle Cake was made by Cuteology Cakes.
This Marvelous Disney Frozen Cake features Queen Elsa’s Ice Castle surrounded by snowy mountain peaks. The Ice castle is blue and has a large white snowflake in the middle. The ice castle has an elegant symmetry of geometrical shapes. This cake is around two feet tall. The cake board is covered in white snow. There are green evergreen trees around the cake board. Rising up from the cake board is a large dark gray and brown mountain covered in white snow and ice.
The mountains were carved from cake. Fondant and modeling chocolate were used to make the trees, texture of the mountain rock, and the snow. The castle was made using fondant. The cake was airbrushed.
This birthday party included two great Disney Frozen Cakes: this Queen Elsa, the Snow Queen’s Frozen Castle and Anna In A Winter Wonderland Cake.
