This Fabulous Peanuts Gang Cake was made by Michael Almeida.
This cake is part of The Sugar Peanuts Gang, a cake Collaboration to celebrate the 65th Anniversary of Charles Schulz’s Peanuts comic strip.
Snoopy is on the largest cake beside Charlie Brown. A Peanuts black and white comic strip is painted on the side of the large cake. Peppermint Patty, Woodstock, and Violet are on top of the cake.
Linus and Sally are standing on a smaller cake just below the large cake.
Franklin is standing on top of another cake just below the large cake. Pig-pen’s shadow is painted on the side of this cake. Pig-pen is standing beside his shadow. Marcie is standing beside him.
Schroeder and Lucy are on the cake board.
The figures were made using sugar paste. All figures were hand modeled and hand painted. The tallest cake was hand painted. An airbrush was used to make the shadows.
The cake board has black and white diagonal stripes.
Charlie Brown is holding on to the side of the cake.
Pig-Pen left his shadow on the cake. Marcie is standing beside him.
Linus us holding his blue blanket. Sally is standing beside him.
Schroeder is playing his piano. Lucy is resting on his piano, listening to his music.
