This Terrific edible Han Solo Cake masterpiece was made by Nathasja Flapper of Flappergasted Cakes. This Star Wars cake features an older Han Solo from Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Nathasja made this stunning cake before The Force Awakens came out, so all she had to base the cake on was the very short clips of Han Solo in the trailers. When Han and Chewie appear in the trailers, Han is much older than in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. He has grey hair and grey eyelashes. He is wearing a black leather vest with a white shirt underneath. From his looks, one might wonder, Is he still a smuggler? Is he still with the rebellion?
When Han Solo and Chewbacca appear in the movie trailer, Han is on the Millennium Falcon and says, “Chewie, We’re home!”
Han’s comment to Chewie makes it sound like they are once again back on the Millennium Falcon after a period of not seeing the ship for a while. It’s hard to picture Han Solo ever separated from his beloved ship.
