This Fabulous Mermaid Cake was made by Sofia Silva. This Mermaid is surrounded by sea creatures such as starfish, angelfish, a couple of other tropical fish and an octopus.
This Fabulous Mermaid Cake was made for the Sweet Summer Collaboration which is a cake collaboration of more than 200 Cake Artists from around the world to celebrate summer in the sweetest way.

To me Summer is all about the sea. I decided to make an underwater scene and I tried to use differente materials and techniques: sugarpaste, pastilliage, modelling paste, rice paper, isomalt…This is my first collaboration so I love to be a part of this and being in contact with so many amazing artista!
