Ghost Rider – Marvel Comic Character This year I wanted to create something new, not a figurine or a female. Ghost Rider was my claimed character as he has special features like realistic skull, flames and trail. Everything in my creation is edible. The bust consists of cake, ganache, modelling chocolate and fondant. The skull is sculpted with modelling chocolate. Flames, board and chains are made with fondant. It has been a great challenge to model this character.
