This Mickey Mouse Peek-a-Boo Birthday cake features Mickey’s head and hands on top of the cake. The hands can be repositioned to make it look like Mickey is playing Peek-A-Boo with the birthday child.

The cake is two tiers. The top tier is red with white buttons to look like MIckey’s pants. The bottom tier is white with the birthday name and red and black stars.
