This splendid Harry Potter wedding cake features a doe Patronus for the bride and a stag Patronus for the groom.
This wonderful cake was made by Little Cherry Cake Company.
The cake is white with gold decorations. The top tier of the cake has a Deathly Hallows symbol on the side. The circle represents the Resurrection Stone, the line is the Elder Wand, and the triangle is the Cloak of Invisibility.
The middle tier of the cake has a golden wand and a golden broom to represent the couple.
The bottom tier has the word always written in gold letters.
As I’m sure most Harry Potter fans know, a Patronus acts as a shield against Dementors. It’s a projection of hope, happiness, and a desire to survive.
Harry had a corporeal Patronus of a stag. His father, James Potter also had a stag as his Patronus. Lily Potter, Harry’s mother, had a doe as her Patronus.
Harry’s mom and dad had a doe and stag as their Patronuses, so I think it’s nice that this cake has the same to represent the happy couple.
