Graham Mairs is an extraordinary food artist, so it is no surprise that when he mixes Harry Potter and chocolate that the results he gets are magical. I can’t decide what I like more the golden Sorting Hat or the King’s Cross medallion. Both are simply stunning. I use chocolate mold regularly, but I’ve never imagined combining them to make something this lovely.
