2020 has been a really rough year for everyone, so I wanted to end the year with something fun. I thought the perfect theme would be time travel. While I love Doctor Who, I wanted something funnier, so I decided to end 2020 and welcome in 2021 with two of my favorite Back To The Future Cakes. I first featured this amazing cake of Doc Brown’s DeLorean way back in 2011.
This stunning cake was created by one of my favorite cake decorator, Mike McCarey and his crew from Mike’s Amazing Cakes.
As always, the detail on Mike’s cake is amazing. My two favorite things about this cake? First, You can’t see any support system other than the wheels. Second, the spoke hubcaps. They’re flawless and they would be extremely difficult to make.
