Black Panther & Storm Wedding Cake Topper
This adorable Black Panther and Storm Wedding Cake Topper was made by Little Vows and can be ordered from their Etsy shop. T’Challa is wearing his Black Panther mask and necklace. But instead of his costume, T’Challa is wearing a dapper looking tuxedo. The tuxedo jacket is black with white trim and white buttons. T’Challa is wearing a white shirt and purple tie. Storm is dressed in a white wedding gown. She has white veil and her classic black storm headpiece. She is holding a large purple flower.
I really like the use of color on this wedding cake topper. The base is silver which matches Black Panther’s necklace and the lines on his mask. There is a purple ribbon around the base which makes Black Panther’s tie and Storm’s flowers.
Black Panther and Storm were married in the comics for a few years. I’m pretty sure it was Marvel’s amazing success at the box office that broke up the couple. Since Marvel had the rights to Black Panther and Fox had the rights to Storm, they couldn’t be married in the movies. When Marvel decided to make a Black Panther movie, the couple separated in the comics to match the movie version of the Black Panther.
