This cute How The Grinch Stole New Year Cake was made by Sekereller Sulekucukyilmaz. The cake is a single tier barrel cake. It is covered in white fondant. The cake is sitting on a board covered in the same white fondant. An adorable figure of Cindy Lou Who is standing beside the cake. She has a big grin on her face and her arms are folded. She is wearing a pink jacket, scarf and boots. Why is Cindy Lou grinning? Because she just spread green glitter everywhere and spelled out Happy New Year.
Coming out of the top of the cake as if it was a chimney is the Grinch. He is wearing a Santa hat and a red and white striped tie that looks like a candy cane. He is holding a red Christmas ornament.
The design of this cake is really fun. The cake and board are sold white so that they’re pretty much not noticed. That makes the green glitter pop. I really like that Cindy was messy. There is glitter spilled on the top of the cake and the cake board.
My favorite part of this delightful cake is the figure of Cindy Lou standing beside the cake. Her facial expression and body language are terrific.
