This is the first Spider-Man Noir Cake I’ve ever seen and it is absolutely wonderful. Bake Club did a terrific job creating this cake. The topper and some of the accents were created by Studio Four Shop.
The cake is grey with black accents. There are only two spots on the cake that have any white on them.
This is a two tier circular cake. The diameter of the bottom tier is slightly larger than the top tier. The bottom tier is made up of three main elements. The focal point of the bottom tier is the eyes from Spider-Man Noir mask. They’re white with black rims. Since this is one of the two places where there is any white on the cake, the eyes really pop. Bellow this is a city scape of black buildings with grey windows. Above the city scape is a black Spider-Man web.
The top tier is really cool. It is covered in grey fondant. But, then there is a second grey fondant wrapper that is that angled such that part of it sticks above the cake. Around the second tier are more black buildings with grey windows. The name of the recipient of the cake is written in black with white trim around it so that it stands out.
On top of the cake are more black buildings with grey windows. The highest edge of the extra fondant wrapper from the top cake tier is almost as tall as the highest building.
This is such a cool and creative cake!
