My daughter and I made this Haunted Mansion Ice Cream Cake for my husband, who is a huge Haunted Mansion fan. The cake features items from the Three Hitchhiking Ghosts. The cake has the ball and chain from The Prisoner, the hat from The Skeleton, and the Bag from The Traveler. The cake was made from caramel toffee ice cream covered in chocolate ganache.
