This Splendid Minnie Mouse cake was made by Florence Devouge. This two tiered Disney Birthday cake has a large pink heart with white polka dots at the center. Minnie Mouse’s face is in the middle of the heart. She has a large smile on her face and a daydreaming look in her eyes. She has a nice pink bow in her hair. Minnie is propping her chin on her white gloved hands.
The top layer of the cake is light pink. The bottom layer is white with a quilted diamond pattern. There are light pink nonpareils at the corners of the diamonds. A large light pink three represents the birthday age. Pink and white fondant ribbon roses are beside the number three and near the heart and Minnie’s face. There are light green leaves by the roses. The cake board is light pink to match the top cake layer.
