This Doctor Cookie was based on the Heavenly Host from the Doctor Who Christmas episode Voyage of the Damned. Passengers of the space ship liner the Titanic, are in mortal danger. The ship has been sabotaged to crash into Earth. The Heavenly Host are robots that look like angels. They were designed to assist the passengers and answer questions about the voyage. Once the ship is doomed to crash into the Earth, the Heavenly Hosts turn against the passengers and start killing everyone.
This Marvelous Heavenly Host Doctor Who Cookie was made for A Merry Whovian Christmas which is a cake collaboration of Whovians from around the globe who have come together to share a love of “The Doctor” and bring you some of their favorite moments from the Doctor Who Christmas Specials they love best.
