This Marvelous Princess Leia Cake was made by Jenny’s Haute Cakes. The baker made this cake as a tribute to Carrie Fisher who died on December 27, 2016.

This cake shows her dressed in her Alliance Uniform at Echo Base on the Planet Hoth in the movie, Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. The cake board is covered with blocks of ice made of fondant.
