This is the second year that I have taken part in this wonderful Disney collaboration with a twist. I chose Toad of Toad hall because he was always a kind of crazy rebel in his time, and had Kenneth Grahame written Wind in the Willows in this century I can imagine Toad as a member of a Hells Angels gang. I have used Satin Ice fondant, Saracino modelling paste, homemade modelling chocolate, sugarflair pigments in this creation.
