This wonderful Lion King Cake was made by Ana Brum Biscuit Designer. This is a four tier cake. The bottom layer is a silhouette of the animals lining up for the presenting of the newborn lion cub – Simba. The second layer features Mufasa with young Simba climbing on his head. Mufasa and Simba were made separately and placed on the cake. This means that they stick out a little and that Simba’s head is actually slightly higher than the second tier of cake. This makes this the Mufasa and Simba the focal point of the whole cake because they’re what your eyes are drawn to. The third layer shows Rafiki’s drawings in the sand. The top layer has a silhouette similar to the bottom layer but this one features Simba, Timon, and Pumba. This is an absolutely gorgeous cake.
