This Mickey Mouse Cake with Truffles is an elegant yet simple cake that features Mickey. It is perfect for a man or woman’s birthday celebration. The cake is a tall double barrel single tier cake with Mickey painted onto the cake. Since the tier is a solid white canvas for the picture, the surface of the tier is flawless. Chocolate truffles are at the top on the cake and at the base. The truffles are covered in black, white, and red tiny non-pareils. It looks like they could have been attached to the cake and stacked onto other truffles with toothpicks.
