These lovely Disney Advent Calendar Cookies were created by Butter Bar Bakery. Each cookie features a different Disney character decked out for Christmas. There are 12 cookie in the advent calendar box and another dozen outside the box. Elana used cookie cutters made by Dulce Contorno.
This set includes Stitch, Ariel, Flounder, Rapunzel, Pascal, Belle, Tinker Bell, Chip, the Beast, Sulley, Boo, Mike Wazowski, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Pluto, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, a Little Green Man, Buzz Lightyear, Anna, Woody, Olaf and Elsa. Even thought the cookies are only head shots, each character is instantly recognizable
Each character is dressed up for Christmas. Here are some of my favorites. Chip is filled with a warm Christmas drink, you can see the whipped cream and candy cane on top. Boo’s ponytails are tied with holly. Someone. probably Belle, has strung Christmas tree lights between the Beast’s horns. Olaf has reindeer horns. Since the only thing which will free the Beast is true love’s kiss, Belle has mistletoe in her hair. My only complaint with these wonderful cookies is that they are way too cute to eat! Elana did a phenomenal job with each and every cookie.
