Black & White Peter Pan Cake

Black & White Peter Pan cake

This black and white Peter Pan cake features him flying over London.  Each building is made entirely using black lines for the building outlines.

This wonderful cake was made by Moxymx.  Each building has symmetrical  rows of windows. Each window is outlined in black.  In addition, the London eye is represented with black lines. In the sky there is a hot air balloon with the words, Never grow up.  a silhouette of Peter Pan, Wendy, John, Michael,  and Tinker Bell are flying in the sky.

The top of the cake has a black and white drawing of the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.  Peter Pan is flying in front of Big Ben and he is wearing a green shirt and brown pants. He is the only color on the cake.

Neverland Easter Egg

Neverland Easter Egg

Neverland Easter Egg

This stunning hand painted Neverland Easter Egg was made by Bridget McCarty. It reminds me of the classic ride Peter Pan’s Flight because you are above Neverland and looking down at it. You can see Peter Pan and Tinker Bell flying, mermaid lagoon and Captain Hook’s pirate ship, The Jolly Roger.

Bridget is one of my favorite Disney Artists and I’ve featured her Pumpkin Carvings and Easter Eggs in the past.

Blue Peter Pan Silhoutte Cake

Peter Pan Silhoutte Cake

Peter Pan Silhoutte Cake

This Blue Peter Pan silhouette cake features silhouettes of Peter Pan, Wendy, Michael, and  John.

This wonderful cake was made by Vanilica Cake Shop.

This 2 tier cake looks airbrushed to have different shades of blue to represent the night sky. The black silhouette characters look great against the night blue color of the cake. The black ribbon at the base of each tier brings out the silhouettes.

The moon is bright white against the night sky.

This reminds me of the a Santa’s Midnight Ride airbrushed cake that I did for a December birthday. I enjoyed using an airbrush to give dimension to this cake. My cake also had a moon.

Stunning Peter Pan Pie

Peter Pan Pie

Waiting for Peter Pan Pie

Everyone once in a while, I feature a work of art that is so lovely that I’m at a loss for words. This mindboggling Waiting for Peter Pan Pie is a classic example. My description won’t compare to this stunning pie.

This pie features Wendy Darling sitting by an open window looking at London at night. You can see Big Ben in the distance and the moon in the sky. The shadow of Peter Pan is flight in the night sky. The star filled night sky is reminiscent of Vincent van Gogh’s Starry Night.

This masterpiece was made by Inspired To Taste.

Here is Liz’s description of this pie.

This pie has a blueberry filling in a lemon-almond cookie crust. Almost all the colors used in this design are from @thesugarart. I sparkled the sky with a combo of @bakerybling and Diamond Dust, and we now carry these gold star sprinkles in our shop ⭐️. Most of the elements on this pie are painted directly onto the cookies. Wendy’s dress and hair are marshmallow fondant, the window panes are @simicakes1 isomalt, and the window seat cushion and window molding details are royal icing.

Looking for more pie art ideas? I’ve featured two other wonderful pies in the past. If you are a fan of the classic children’s book – The Monster At The End Of The Book, you will LOVE this Grover pie which recreates a page of this book.
