My daughter and I made this Sonic Cake for my son’s 11th birthday party. His grandfather built the underlying support structure. This Sonic the Hedgehog Cake features a 3-D Sonic poised to go through a loop in Green Hill Zone. Star Posts await him at the end of the cake. This Sonic Cake was made using cherry cake covered in fondant. Sonic, the Star Posts, bushes, and other cake features were made using fondant and modeling chocolate.
