Yesterday, I featured a wonderful Galileo II shuttle craft cake made by Hey! Cake This!. Today, I’m back for a sequel with their wonderful Enterprise D Cake. The Enterprise is a notoriously difficult ship to recreate in cake because of the Enterprise wasn’t designed to land. So, the gigantic saucer section is at the top front and the top back are the warp nacelles. In comparison, the bottom of the Enterprise is tiny and the starship is extremely top heavy.
Hey! Cake This! did an absolutely wonderful job recreating the Enterprise in cake form. This was a wedding cake made with vegan chocolate cake and vegan chocolate ganache.
The Enterprise D is the version of the Enterprise featured on Star Trek: The Next Generation.
