Cute Birthday Cupcake Cookies

I made these Cute Birthday Cupcake Cookies to give to 4 people celebrating their birthday recently. I chose to make green birthday cookies that were shaped like a cupcake. Also I made them with Kawaii faces to make them look cute. I made the top part of the cupcake with a rounded bottom so that it would look more like a face. In addition I included shamrocks as decorations since the family has a rich Irish heritage.

Also I made the eyes and the shamrock decorations as royal icing transfers. That way if I made any mistakes I did not mess up the cookies. I used a dehydrator to help the royal icing transfers dry quickly. Next I used a small amount of royal icing to attach each eye and shamrock to the cookie. In addition I used an edible black marker to draw the mouth.
