I work with many estate managers and butlers in my sculpting career and have an extreme respect for the work they do and the preciseness they carry themselves and their careers. He is sculpted in 30 lbs (13.6 kg) of chocolate, 22 inches (55.88 cm) tall and painted with antique gold and white cocoa butter paint
