These Jonny Quest Cookies feature Jonny, Bandit, Hadji, Race Bannon, and Dr. Benton Quest.
I made these cookies because I really like watching this show. This is a wonderful adventure series cartoon. I watched them when they first appeared on television. It was interesting to see what new adventure awaited them next. I like to bake and decorate cookies and cakes and I love pop culture so I wanted to create some cookies of these terrific characters.
I made cupcake shaped cookies. Then I covered them in golden yellow royal icing. Next I hand-painted these characters onto the cookies.
The cookie designs for the characters were inspired by the characters on the cover of the DVD set for the television show named Jonny Quest The Complete 80s Adventures DVD. The Doctor Quest cookie was based on a drawing in the Jonny Quest Fandom entry about Doctor Quest.
