HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!
I thought since this is both Star Wars Month and Mother’s Day, that I’d feature Padmé Amidala today. She is the mother of Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa Solo.
This gorgeous Padmé Amidala Pumpkin was carved by Alex Wer, The Pumpkin Geek. Alex is a master at fine detail. This is just a simple headshot of Padmé. Alex adds so much detail to her headdress that it is beautiful. Plus, he varies the thickness of the pumpkin, so Padmé’s face has different shade of lighting. These elements combine to make a stunning pumpkin carving.
