For my 2nd Super Blog Team Up post check out:
These wonderful The Jetsons Meet The Flintstones Cookies were made by The Country Cookie. Madison did an amazing job with these cookies. They are sweeter than a Spacely Sprocket and make me want to shout Yabba Dabba Doo!
Both The Flintstones and The Jetsons are among my favorite cartoons. I watched them a ton when I was little and still love them to this day. I have every episode of both series on DVD and some seasons on digital.
The very first thing I thought of when I saw these cookies was Hanna-Barbera’s animated film The Jetsons Meet The Flintstones. It is a cute movie where both families meet. There are also fun segments with the Jetsons stranded in Bedrock while the Flintstones are stuck in the future.
In addition to the characters being perfect, look at the backgrounds around Wilma and Rosey. The Flintstone cookies have a stone background with little imperfections in them. Since the Jetsons live in a house in the sky and drive flying cars, their cookies have sky blue backgrounds.
Madison did an amazing job with each characters body language. Fred looks happy and cheering “Yabba Dabba Doo!”.
I really like this cookie. Elroy flying through the air with a rocket pack is so cool.
This Bamm-Bamm Rubble birthday cake has a terrific fondant figure of him on the top of the cake and a fondant model of his house in front of the cake. The cake is blue as acts as a nice backdrop to the stone house in Bedrock.
This wonderful cake was made by Brûlée Pasteleria Creativa. Bamm-Bamm is holding a green fondant club in his hand. I can envision him pounding him club while he says “Bamm Bamm”. Also, I love the way the house and rocks below him are shaded to look just like stone. In addition the cake board is an irregular shape tand colored green to represent grass around the house. The cake is totally blue to represent the sky.
Bamm-Bamm has such bright eyes and a happy expression on his face. The modeling of this fondant figure is amazing.
This Funko Pop Judy Jetson Cake is a 3-D sculpted cake. Her hair is tied with a black bow. She is wearing a 2 toned pink shirt and pants.
Her hair and clothes look like they were made with separate pieces of fondant.
This wonderful cake was made by Judy Reimer.
This cake is part of the Funko Pop Cake collaboration by Sugar Junkies Collaborations.
I made these The Gruesomes Cookies for my husband. He is a big fan of The Flinstones .The cookies feature Weirdly and Creepella Gruesome and Fred Flintstone. These cookies are based on scenes from the Flintstone’s TV show episode by the same name which my husband really likes.
In the episode Fred and Barney are babysitting their new neighbor’s child Goblin in his house which is named Tombstone Manor. While in the house they encounter many interesting and frightening creatures including the man eating plant. As seen on the last cookie, the plant temporarily gets the drop on Fred.
I liked telling a story of this Fred Flintstone adventure using cookies.

I love the vibrant colors used in these wonderful cookies. The design of these cookies were inspired by the artist Fred Birchal.

I love that they included four of the space age houses.
These fabulous Flintstones Cake Toppers were made by Luciana Aguos. They include Fred and Wilma Flintstone, Wilma’s mom – Pearl Slaghoople, Barney and Betty Rubble, Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm all grown up and with kids of their own, Dino and Hoppy. The detail on each character is amazing. I can’t believe Luciana included Pearl and Hoppy, they aren’t usually included.
Each figure has a separate stand, so there are so many options for how they can be posed. Luciana made a lovely backdrop for the cake toppers which looks like the Flintstone’s house and garage. It has stone fences on the sides and palm trees in the yard. Behind the house are mountains and a pterodactyl flies overhead.
Fred is wearing his usual orange and black sabretooth skin outfit with a blue tie. He has black hair and eyes and a large nose and mouth. The sculpting on Fred is perfect!
Wilma Flintstone and her mother, Pearl Slaghoople. The episodes with Pearl are always so much fun because she makes a wonderful adversary for Fred. Behind Wilma and Pearl are grown up version of Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm. Both are holding babies. I like how the baby Pebbles is holding has red hair like Pebbles, while the baby Bamm-Bamm is holding has white hair like Bamm-Bamm.
Behind Barney and Betty are Hoppy and Dino. When I was a kid, I thought Hoppy was so cute! I loved how Bamm-Bamm could ride in his pocket.
Dino, a caveman’s best friend.
These wonderful Jetsons Cookies were made by Sugar Shimmer. I have loved the Jetsons since I was little, so I think these cookies are out of this world!
These cookies feature George Jetson, his boy, Elroy, daughter Judy, and Jane, his wife. They also include Astro and the Jetson’s car.

This adorable Fred and Wilma Flintstone Wedding Cake was made by Nicole from Sweet Love Cake Couture.
Here is Nicole’s description of this wonderful cake: “Now this is how you rock a wedding cake!!! The initial brief for this cake was for a 4-5 tier plain fondant cake with Fred and Wilma figurines on top. My initial reaction was one of excitement to create such iconic characters. But then I met the couple for a consult and the groom had other ideas. So we brainstormed a few ideas and this is what we came up with. Just as a side note, we had to include Fred’s ‘worker’ dinosaur because the groom is in the earth moving business. The buildings and fence are cake and all the other elements were handcrafted from sugar. I’ve seriously never had so much fun creating a wedding cake.”
Here is Nicole’s description of this cute wedding cake topper:
“A little close-up of the Fred and Wilma figurines . . . all handcrafted from sugar. These were incorporated in the design so they could be removed and kept as an everlasting memory.”
This wonderful cookie of Elroy and Astro was made by Jenny from The Red Car Baking Company.
This adorable Dino and Bamm-Bamm First Birthday Cake is too cute! Olga Kanıöz did an amazing job with the figures of Bamm-Bamm and Dino.
This is a single tier first birthday cake. The cake is orange with black triangles on it. The design looks like Bamm-Bamm Rubble’s outfit.
The top of the cake features Barney and Betty’s bouncing baby boy riding on top of Dino. Bamm-Bamm is riding side saddle and has his arms raised like he is saying “look ma, no hands.” in baby talk.
My favorite part is Bamm-Bamm and Dino’s facial expressions. They look so happy that I can’t help but smile when I look at this cake.
Talk about being practically perfect in every way. Olga’s Bamm-Bamm Cake Topper is absolutely amazing!
This terrific Rosey The Robot Cake was made by Jean Schapowal. This stunning Jetsons Cake won the Decorators Choice Award at the Garden State Cake Show.
This cute Dino The Dinosaur Cake was made by Hanimis. It is a 2-D carved cake of Dino’s head. Dino has a blue collar with a gold dinosaur license. Dino is smiling and looking to one side. He has three little hairs sticking up from the top of his head. The cake board is a yellowish gold and has three hearts on it.
This wonderful Fred Flintstone & Barney Rubble Cake was made by Moxy. The cake is a single tier and has an absolutely amazing hand painting of The Flintstone’s house. The house is made from stones and the roof is one gigantic flat piece of stone. There is a wooden front door, a stone fence around the front of the house with a wooden door. There is also a mailbox that looks like it is made from a hollowed out log.
The top of the cake has terrific figures of Fred and Barney. Fred has his arm around Barney and both are wishing two different people a Happy 54th Birthday. The Fred and Barney Cake Toppers are great. They look like the hopped right out of a television set.
