I made these Haunted Mansion Wallpaper cookies for my husband who is a huge fan of Walt Disney World’s Haunted Mansion ride. I used a Cricut to make a stencil of the bottom of the Haunted Mansion purple and black wallpaper pattern.
First, I airbrushed the cookie in purple. Next I used the stencil and black royal icing to put the pattern onto the cookie. After that I painted the eyes white to make it look like each cookie is staring at you. I took several tries to get a stencil simplified enough to have the design, yet not have so many cuts close together that the middle of the stencil was hollow. I learned more about how to design a stencil for a cookie using the Cricut for these cookies.
