Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway Cookies

These Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway Cookies make me smile! Emily Trathen made these for twins 5th birthday.

The last time I was at Walt Disney World, I got to ride Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway for the first time. If you’ve been visiting Between The Pages Blog for any length of time, you know that I’m a big fan of both Disney and cartoons. Runaway Railway is the perfect blend of both. It makes you feel like you are inside a cartoon.

Emily did an amazing job converting this ride into cookies. 

My favorite part of this fantastic set of cookies is the Runaway Railroad. As you can see in this close-up, the detail on the engine is fantastic. Goofy looks like he is having a wonderful time driving the train.
